a. that in relation with changing of ASEAN Harmonized Tariff Nomenclature 2004 (AHTN-2004) to ASEAN Harmonized Tariff Nomenclature 2007 (AHTN-2007), it is necessary to stipulate import duty tariff on floor grinding of iron or steel in not combination, width 600 mm or more, coated by electronic process with zinc, in the form not waves, carbon contents less than 0.6 % of the weight, thickness not more than 1.2 mm, by amend Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 96/PMK.011/2008 concerning Stipulation of Import Duty Rates in User Specific Duty Free Scheme (USDFS) in the Framework of Agreement Between the Republic of Indonesia and Japan for an Economic Partnership;
b. that based on consideration as intended in a and in the framework to implement provisions of Article 12 paragraph (2) of Law No. 10/1995 concerning Customs as amended by Law No. 17/2006, it is needed to stipulate Regulation of the Minister of Finance concerning Amendment to the Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 96/PMK.011/2008 concerning Stipulation of Import Duty Rates in User Specific Duty Free Scheme (USDFS) in the Framework of Agreement Between the Republic of Indonesia and Japan for an Economic Partnership;

2. Presidential Regulation No. 36/2008 concerning Ratification of Agreement between the Republic of Indonesia and Japan for an Economic Partnership;

THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE CONCERNING AMENDMENT TO THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE No. 96/PMK.011/2008 CONCERNING STIPULATION OF IMPORT DUTY RATES IN USER SPECIFIC DUTY FREE SCHEME (USDFS) IN THE FRAMEWORK OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND JAPAN FOR AN ECONOMIC PARTNERSHIP
To amende Attachment I of Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 96/PMK.011/2008 concerning Stipulation of Import Duty Rates in User Specific Duty Free Scheme (USDFS) in the Framework of Agreement between the Republic of Indonesia and Japan for an Economic Partnership, by inserted 1 (one) number between Number 64 and Number 65, named Number 64A that is stated as integral part of this Ministerial Regulation, as follow:

This Regulation of the Minister of Finance shall take effect since the date of stipulation.
